A: We will contact you a few weeks prior to your booked date and arrange a suitable time for delivery and collection. For example, if your event is on a Saturday, we will deliver on either the Thursday or Friday and then collect on either the Sunday or Monday.
A: We cover all towns, cities and villages listed under 'areas we cover'. If your location is not listed, we will be happy to quote a specific delivery charge.
A: This depends on the number of guests and length of your event. Please let us know as much information as you can at enquiry stage and we will be able to advise you accordingly.
A: Included in our hire charge is 24 hour emergency support. We will provide you with an emergency contact number and we will either assist you over the phone or come out to see you.
A: We can arrange a site survey (free of charge) for any location, especially if the access may be awkward or restricted. The toilet unit will need to be situated on a level surface. Please refer to the website for technical specifications.
Electric connection, a 13 amp standard socket electricity connection is all that is needed. If the site has no electricity supply a generator and 15 amp connection will be needed. We can provide a generator for an additional hire charge.
Water supply, all the units are delivered self contained with their own water tanks. However, if you have a water supply we can connect to that if your prefer.
A: We will position the unit in a suitable position with you when we arrive. If necessary, we will liaise with other suppliers, ie, marquee company to establish the best position. Once the unit is in position it cannot be moved onsite due to health and safety reasons.
A: The toilet trailers have self contained waste tanks which will not need to be emptied until after a weekend event. Longer hires will need a compulsory full service at an additional charge, where the waste tank is emptied (using a sealed method), water tank re-filled, unit cleaned and restocked. The waste is removed and disposed of at the local sewage treatment plant.
A: Our toilet units can be hired for any length of time. We are happy to discuss your requirements and provide you with a quotation. We hire from a single day, a weekend, to several weeks or months.
A: All of our units are insured for public and employee liability. However, you will need to have insurance to protect the units again loss or damage during the hire period. We can help you with this.
A: Our prices are slightly cheaper during the off peak season. We would recommend that as soon as you know your date for your event (especially during the peak season) making your booking as far in advance as you can, not only to secure your preferred date, but to also qualify for your advance booking offer.

A: Deposit are non refundable as we would have declined other bookings on the basis of your booking. However in the extreme and unusual circumstances such as the Coronavirus outbreak, if you re-book a new date within 6 months your deposit will be transferred to the new date. We cannot offer a refund if your event is cancelled.
